Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

Shipping And Handling We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order to you next working day . International orders are generally received in under 3-4 days.

Although we do try to get orders shipped for next day delivery, at some periods this is not possible and we will endeavour to get your ordered products to you as soon as possible.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.(max 2-3 days extra) You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website the delivery information is encrypted Via our server, You are then forwarded to our credit card payments process, This is Via Nochex or Paypal who have their own secure payments system.

Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 2 year no quibble guarantee, with the exception of lamps and tubes which are 6 months

Any Faulty units are to be returned to us marked 'Returns' confirming why the item is defective. We will repair or replace the item/s and return to either you or directly to your customer. If the product is found to be faulty we will reimburse your carriage costs. All guarantees are subject to 'fair wear and tear' and tampered with goods will be excluded from any guarantee claims.

Due to the fragile nature of lamps/tubes, they must be checked the moment they are delivered and contact us the same day to report any dammage. (any lamps/tubes found to be damaged after the same day will be void of any warranty)
